Early Withdrawal
Students who withdraw within the first 14 days of program enrollment and have completed less than 25% of course materials are eligible for a full refund minus processing fees.
Technical Issues
If you experience significant technical problems that prevent course access for more than 72 consecutive hours, you may qualify for a partial or full refund depending on completion status.
Program Cancellation
In rare cases where we must cancel a program due to unforeseen circumstances, all enrolled students receive a full refund or free transfer to the next available session.

Important Considerations

Payment processing fees (typically 3-5% of transaction amount) are non-refundable as these are charged by third-party payment processors. This applies to all refund scenarios except program cancellations initiated by ConnectoBright.
Refunds are not available for students who have completed more than 50% of their enrolled program or who have downloaded course materials extensively. We consider program completion, engagement metrics, and time elapsed since enrollment when evaluating refund requests.
Students experiencing financial hardship should contact us before requesting a refund. We offer payment plans and sometimes can arrange course transfers to future sessions that better fit your schedule and budget.
